What is exceptional about the rotation of Hyperion? Give a possible explanation

What will be an ideal response?

It is the only moon with one hemisphere not tidally fixed toward its planet; the rotation of Hyperion is called "chaotic," as it turns toward whichever other moon it is passing at the time. It is probably a recent "capture," and has not had time to "settle down" into synchronous rotation yet.
