MCV should remain the same—it is not affected by hydration. Hgb and Hct should drop below normal after hydration if she is anemic. BUN should be in the normal range and Na, K, and Cr should drop slightly. Glucose should drop some, but being treated for diabetes would have an effect on the drop in glucose also.
