I just had a baby and have heard that organic baby foods are more nutritious than other kinds. Is this true?

There is little or no evidence that this is true. Instead, organic foods are grown with no synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or growth promoters. They also do not involve any form of bioengineering. Thus, the decision to purchase and consume organic foods is one based more on philosophy than on nutrition.
