Dispositions can be supported by embracing lifelong learning, remaining open to new experiences and areas of knowledge, and learning about your own preferences for processing and interacting with the world. Feelings can be supported through setting attainable goals, embracing both success and failure as important learning tools, learning to feel and learn from challenging emotions, listening and seeking to understand your reactions to the world, and building a strong, supportive social network.
