Benton has been diagnosed with dysphonetic dyslexia while Jacques has been diagnosed with dyseidetic dyslexia. How do these two guys differ?
What will be an ideal response?
Benton has trouble sounding out words, so he tries to memorize each word as a whole. If he doesn't recognize a word, he would guess based on context. Jacques, on the other hand, can sound out words well enough, but he fails to recognize a word as a whole. He reads slowly and have trouble with irregularly spelled words.
