How do your implicit and explicit motives affect your behavior?

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: Implicit motives are unconscious and differ from explicit motives, which are by definition people's awareness of their motives. Sometimes people's implicit and explicit motives vary and sometimes they are consist. People who have similar implicit and explicit motives are higher in self-determination—they know what they want. Implicit motives are more likely to predict performance influenced by both conscious and unconscious factors and explicit motives predict choices and judgments.
