Discuss the nondelegation and how it works within the framework of the separation of powers established by the U.S. Constitution

What will be an ideal response?

ANSWER: Answers may vary: The term "nondelegation" means "no sharing." Our founding fathers established the tripartite system of government to prevent one branch from amassing too much power at the expense of the other two. But given the workings of the federal government are too detailed for Congress to know each and every detail to carry our its legislative function, such as what types of drugs should be controlled substances, how much grass sheep can eat on federal lands, the U.S. Supreme Court has interpreted the Constitution to allow Congress to share its power to its coordinate branches to "fill in the details" of the inner workings of the government to make the government run smoothly.
