Ans: Varies. Taboos are very strongly held norms, the violation of which is highly offensive and even unthinkable. Laws are norms that have been codified into law. Some examples could be around drug or alcohol use/prohibition, laws against homosexuality, and so on. Example should highlight how cultural norms can influence laws and vice versa.
