If the small business owner challenges the taking what will be the result?

?Similar to the Kelo case, the government is permitted to take from one property owner for purposes of redevelopment. The issue is whether there are problems in the area that warrant the city's taking for purposes of economic development and overall promotion of health and welfare in the area.
