What would be the strongest evidence that an IQ test is biased against some group?
What will be an ideal response?
A test is biased if it makes inaccurate predictions. If on average the members of some group do better in school (or any similar activity) than their test scores predict, then the test is biased against them. (Merely finding a difference in average scores between two groups does not by itself demonstrate test bias.)
