What are some factors that can contribute to our anxiety about being interviewed for a
particular position?
What will be an ideal response?
First, we don't know the results of the interview immediately. Will we get the job? If we don't get the job, can we
handle the rejection? Also, when we are aware of the fact that the person interviewing us is part of judging
whether or not we will get the job or a second interview, we ?nd the interaction with that individual to be dif?cult.
Finally, we may be unsure how to "act" during the interview.
