What is the difference between culture and diversity?

What will be an ideal response?

Culture is a socializing process used by those around us to form our shared experiences. Diversity is a term used to describe the unique differences in people and the acceptability of those differences. The difference between the two is that culture is the rules of living and functioning in a particular society, with communication being key to socialization into culture. Diversity, however, describes differences in people, such as race, ethnicity, religion, heritage, gender, sexual orientation, age, and social class, and the acceptability of diversity within a culture is communicatively constructed.
