Discuss the difference between burnout and compassion fatigue

Compassion fatigue is different from burnout. Burnout is mainly associated with workload demands, uncertainty and stressors, and the urgency and size of caseloads. Compassion fatigue, in contrast, is a constant state of tension and preoccupation with the individual and collective trauma of clients.
