I've finally figured out what's been causing my heartburn. It's cheese. Here's how I
know: I get heartburn every time I eat pizza, cheeseburgers, broccoli with hollandaise,
nachos, cheese burritos, and fried cheese balls. I ruled out the oil in those foods because I
noticed that I don't get heartburn from eating fried chicken, onion rings, burgers without
cheese, or just plain bean burritos. So, it's the cheese that gives me heartburn.
What will be an ideal response?
Causal conclusion based on the methods of agreement and difference. By agreement
the arguer reasons that cheese and oil are present whenever heartburn occurs; by
difference he or she reasons that oil, also present, is not the cause because heartburn
fails to occur when cheese is absent, yet oil present.)
