With respect to simultaneous editing, how does presenting a document online differ from editing a shared Word Web App document?
What will be an ideal response?
When a document is presented online, only the presenter is able to edit the document at the time of the presentation. Although attendees might be allowed to download a copy of the document, they cannot edit the document being shown during the presentation. On the other hand, co-authors can edit a Word Web App document simultaneously.
