Describe at least two issues about laws relating to new reproductive technology.

What will be an ideal response?

The foremost question related to new reproductive technology is whether there is a fundamental right to reproduce. If there is, it is hard to argue against the use of any appropriate technique to achieve that end, including third party participation. If there is no such fundamental right, it may be reasonable to limit or even prohibit the use of such technology.
Another complex issue is to be found in the matter or kinship, parental rights, and responsibilities. One view says that when a child is born as a result of these techniques there can be five parties who could be termed parents: an egg donor, a sperm donor, the donor of a uterus for all or part of the gestation, and the couple who rear the child.
