Briefly explain each of these: development project, globalization project and sustainability project.

What will be an ideal response?

The development project occurred in the mid-twentieth-century (1940s–1970s) was an internationally orchestrated program of economic growth in Third World countries, and it involved financial, technological, and military assistance from the US and the Soviet Union. The project saw development as an ideal goal for formerly colonized subjects who have just gained political independence, and needed a model to guide their socio-development efforts. The globalization project took place between the 1970s and 2000s and re-emphasized open and liberal markets across national boundaries, liberalizing trade and investment rules and privatizing public goods and services. The sustainability project is intended to address some of the ills of the globalization project, in particular the effect on climate and the environment.
