Is "Students will develop skills to live in a modern world with a global economy" an education goal or a curriculum goal? Why?
What will be an ideal response?
Ans: I lean more to educational goal because of the vagueness of the statement and students who agree would probably relate the nonspecific nature. However, students may also indicate it is a curriculum goal because students may be required to take courses that lead to achievement of that goal. What we look for here is the thought and rationale, not a specific answer.
