How has defining women as inherently peaceful affected their involvement in international relations?

What will be an ideal response?

Defining women as inherently peaceful has helped to exclude them from the study and practice of international relations. Many people see world politics in masculine terms—dangerous, hostile, competitive, and so on. Because of this, women who are supposedly inclined to seek peace have been considered irrelevant. If women are good at peace but international relations is about conflict, then they have little to offer world politics.
