Male rape is a problem that does not occur only in prison, and yet we see that reporting of this kind is low. What are the reasons for this low reporting rate, and what are some ways to encourage rape survivors to report this victimization?

Male rape is not reported due to fear of retaliation, fear of being ridiculed or not believed. There are also only a few support groups for men. Section b is based on student opinion.
