Values are at the core of our psychological characteristics. Values express judgments
of right and wrong, or what we find desirable and undesirable. Values compose the standards
we use to judge and develop our beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors. Beliefs are things we accept
as true, and we seldom challenge them.
