What is the push-pull operation in a B amplifier?
What will be an ideal response?
The class B has two transistors, one NPN and one PNP. During the positive alternation of the AC input signal, the NPN transistor is on, and the PNP transistor is off. During the negative alternation of the AC input signal, PNP is on, and NPN is off. Thus, the transistors aren’t on at the same time. This arrangement is called push-pull because they take turns conducting.
