How do political ideologies such as liberalism, libertarianism, and socialism interpret freedom?

What will be an ideal response?

Answer:

Libertarianism theoretically gives great freedom to individuals, but in practice this is freedom for the rich to take advantage of the poor, who have little to no freedom. 'Freedom for the pike is death for the minnows', as someone once said.
Liberalism can sometimes mean something similar to libertarianism, just to make things more complicated. This might be called economic liberalism, and is the freedom for private companies from government interference, but at the cost of the regulations that give rights to workers, consumers and the environment, so this is, as above, giving one person freedom by taking away another’s.
Liberalism, as the word is usually used in the UK, is supposed to be about freedom of religion and sexuality, etc, and protection of rights of minority groups.
Not sure about socialism, as there are so many ways to define it.
