What will be an ideal response?

Selecting internet websites and non-fiction printed texts has some characteristics in common. In both cases the teacher and the reader need to be mindful of how readable in the text. Print can be evaluated by readability formulas but it is up to the students to make judgments about readable text by himself as he searches through the internet. On the internet the students is making judgments about the vocabulary, the layout, and his ability to interpret charts and graphs. Consideration of voice, unity and structure while still important are difficult for the student searching for websites to evaluate. Finally, the internet makes it imperative for the reader to assess the trustworthiness of a website while this is less common while reading print.
