What can teachers teach about religion?

What will be an ideal response?

Teachers often receive conflicting messages about what they can and cannot teach regarding religion. The best understanding is to recognize that you cannot teach religion in public schools. Similarly, you cannot encourage or participate in student religious activity. However, you can teach about religion and can honor the privacy of religious ritual as long as it does not interfere with the functioning of the school or classroom and it is not forced on any other student.
