Why should teachers develop lesson plans?
What will be an ideal response?
A lesson plan allows the teacher to plan the story sharing experience and to take an organized look at all of the components of the lesson. It provides a map to visualize how the pieces fit together, what is missing, and what can be changed. It provides a record of the author, title, and illustrator of the story as well as the children’s response to the story.
