ANS: Internet surveys have the benefit of being easy to distribute, cheap to administer, and easy to tabulate. They have several drawbacks: they are hard to randomize, they tend to exclude respondents who lack online access, and you never know exactly who took your survey. In fact, if might have be an online bot!
