Could the resonance between the Moon's orbit and Earth affect Earth's weather? Why or why not?

What will be an ideal response?

The resonance is responsible for the periodicity of the tides, and the atmosphere is
a less dense version of the ocean, so it swings with the Moon as well. There can be weather
effects from the Moon.
