What is the difference between the upper-upper class and the lower-upper class in the United States?

What will be an ideal response?

Members of the upper-upper class are the aristocracy within the United States. They are families that have held wealth over generations ("old money"). Membership in the upper-upper class is determined by blood and inheritance more than achievement. The lower-upper class consists of those who may not come from wealthy backgrounds who have earned their fortunes in business or the entertainment industry.
