What will be an ideal response?
Simply put, the purpose of an organization is to achieve a certain set of goals. Members of an organization are able to accomplish these tasks more easily when they work together, as opposed to individually. In this way, organizations are really a sum of individuals rather than one large group. People acting alone, even within an organization, are not nearly as effective in meeting these set goals.
