Answer: Examples will vary. Murder in First degree — A person commits the crime if he or she knowingly causes the death of another person after deliberation on the matter. Murder in Second degree — A person commits the crime if he or she knowingly causes the death of another person while committing a criminal act and not acting under the influence of sudden passion. Involuntary Manslaughter — A person commits the crime if he or she recklessly causes another person's death. Voluntary Manslaughter — A person commits the crime if he or she causes the death of another person by being certain of taking the victim's life and acting in the heat of passion.
