What are the obstacles to success for the 360-degree review process?

What will be an ideal response?

In many instances, the results of this review process are minimal. Two key reasons for this. First, recipients might have a bad attitude toward the results and/or have performance prove orientation. For example, receivers may not consider feedback from subordinates as valid or may not believe that they have the right to provide such feedback. Second, this feedback might be delivered without appropriate follow up or coaching. Many recipients might need help to evaluate the data that is provided and implement actions that will lead to change, and this guidance and coaching is often not provided.
