What factors contribute to happiness?

What will be an ideal response?

ANSWER:
The textbook mentions five factors that are associated with happiness. First, having strong, positive social relationships tends to be associated with happiness and well-being. Second, a cognitive pattern characterized by optimism tends to promote happiness, as well. Third, temperament is predictive of one’s happiness. Individuals with more adaptable temperaments and who respond with positive emotion to challenging situations tend to be happier. Fourth, having sufficient financial resources to be above poverty level is associated with happiness; great wealth is not, however. The final factor associated with happiness is culture. If one’s culture values happiness, then often the individuals in it will report higher happiness levels.?
