Discuss how diffusion changes culture.
What will be an ideal response?
Answers will vary. A culture may change because of diffusion, the spread of cultural beliefs and activities from one group to another. Diffusion can be direct and interpersonal, occurring through trade, tourism, immigration, intermarriage, or the invasion of one country by another. Diffusion can also be indirect and largely impersonal, as in the Internet transmissions that zip around the world.
