Check for bare or burned wires that might be able to bridge a circuit to ground. This would probably result in a blown fuse. But it could also cause a spark, resulting in an explosion of fuel or the battery. Inspect the connections on the AC generator and ignition system wiring. Look for loose or corroded connections, which can cause annoying intermittent electrical problems.
