Why do we use name resolution to automatically convert computer names to logical addresses or physical addresses (MAC addresses)?

What will be an ideal response?

People are terrible at memorizing numbers, but are pretty good at memorizing words. Although computers use IP addresses to communicate with each other over a TCP/IP network, people need easy-to-remember names. To resolve this conflict, long ago, even before TCP/IP and the Internet took over, network developers created a process called name resolution that automatically converts computer names to logical addresses or physical addresses (MAC addresses) to make it easier for people to communicate with computers.
