According to your text, what is the future of drug policies and law enforcement procedures?

What will be an ideal response?

Drug enforcement is dangerous. The future will bring new evaluations of drug policies and law enforcement procedures. It may also be necessary for state boards of police training and standards to develop mandatory guidelines for minimum training standards for tactical units and specialized training for their commanders. NTOA standards would provide an excellent point to begin the process. Americans will also need to rethink phrases such as "war on drugs" and the impact they have on the men and women who enforce antidrug laws. The future should also bring an evaluation of the routine use of tactical units for drug enforcement. If units are overutilized during drug raids and other search warrant activities, perceptions of police militarization will increase.
