What is termination?

What will be an ideal response?


In termination, the former behavior or addiction no longer presents a challenge, temptation, or threat. It is the ultimate goal for seeking change. Some can achieve termination but for others temptation is present given some environments. The concept of termination is controversial and therefore some researchers have argued for a five-stage model that does not include termination.
