Describe why valence is a part of any organizational setting.

What will be an ideal response?

The idea of valence incorporates the notion that an outcome has varying importance for every individual person. Because all organizations are made up of several different individuals, there are different valences for different individuals. For example, there are both positive and negative valences of a job, recognizing that employees will prefer those with positive outcomes.
