Individuals who resist change have been known to show resentment, anger, and withdrawal. They may slow down production, sabotage operations, and/or exhibit unethical behaviors. Managers can head off this type behavior increasing communication, information, and data through face-to-face meetings, newsletters, e-mails, reports, speeches, conferences, and other methods of communication that can lead to better understanding and trust about changes.
