How can the workforce be aggregated?
What will be an ideal response?
The workforce can be aggregated in various ways depending on flexibility. If workers are cross-trained on several products, management can consider the workforce to be a single aggregate group even though the skills of individual workers may differ. Alternatively, management can aggregate employees along product family lines by splitting the workforce into subgroups and assigning a different group to the production of each product family. The workforce could also be aggregated on the basis of full-time or part-time.
