Discuss the different legal categories of homicide as it relates to IPV

Answer: Homicide is a general term and there are three general categories of it. All of them relate to IPV. Justifiable homicide is killing without evil or criminal content for which there is no blame. Excusable homicide is accidental, or with sufficient provocation. Felonious is the wrongful killing of a human, and considered criminal behavior.
