Describe the appearance of an impact bloodstain pattern
What will be an ideal response?
It is a converging pattern of individual blood spatter on nearby surfaces. The size and distribution of spatter within the impact pattern is dependant upon the volume of blood impacted and velocity and mass of the force. The more blood available, the larger the spatter pattern is likely to be. The greater the force, the more fragmented the individual spatter will appear.
