The quality assurance or quality control in a company is not a job of a certain individual regardless of the types of operation—either service, manufacturing, or information system. Even though a manager has a great idea for a new product design, it’s useless without floor workers’ cooperation. This is true for the development and implementation of information systems. Even though the systems department developed and installed a fantastic information system, it is useless if people don’t use it or if they fail to provide correct data.
