Your goals for children and families include statements regarding the knowledge, skills, and dispositions you work to support, and how you will implement your philosophy reflects how your concepts of teaching and learning and goals for children and families are translated into action. Finally, your personal growth plan identifies your professional journey to date, your present and long-term goals, and your plans for achieving these.
