Provide an overview or summary of the project’s purpose and describe the current status of the project. Be open and forthright, explaining hurdles overcome, reasons for any delays, detailing what is yet to be accomplished, and requesting assistance, if needed. Conclude by sharing a realistic assessment of the project’s future. Ask for and answer questions and thank the audience.
