Explain the physical activity counseling algorithm


The physical activity counseling algorithm provides counseling approaches for changing physical activity behaviors for four motivational levels – three preaction readiness stages and one level for active individuals. It includes selected motivational interviewing strategies to fit a client's motivational level.
