To insert and edit a citation, follow these steps:1. Place the insertion point after the text you are citing.2. Click the Insert Citation button in the Citations & Bibliography group on the References tab, then click Add New Source.3. Select the type of source and enter the source information in the Create Source dialog box, then click OK.4. To add a page number to the citation, click the Citation Options list arrow next to the citation, click Edit Citation, type the page number in the Pages text box, then click OK.
