Explain how the amount of protein in one's diet would impact bone health
?Bones are comprised of both calcium and proteins. However, if protein intake is too high, calcium is excreted at a higher rate, which can lead to demineralization of the bones and osteoporosis. If protein intake is too low, proteins essential for bone structure are lost, which can also lead to osteoporosis.
