During a job interview you are asked what made you interested in this particular position, what are your strengths, what areas do you feel you need to improve on, and how many sick days you took last year. What are the implications of these questions and how will you answer?

What will be an ideal response?

You should anticipate questions you may be asked in interviews and prepare how you will respond to them. Questions about your strengths, your weaknesses, and what made you choose to apply for a position at a particular company are pretty standard. You do not need to answer the question asking how many sick days you took last year. Since this question concerns your medical health it is protected by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
